This is just a memorandum which I wrote when I was on duty. So, there are kinds of words, that I use only in my mind, and not usual expression. But, there should be the meanings to note down some ideas or feelings. If you are available enough to read junk article, please join and read below.

My friend worte the blog article about "How to Maximize the Output?", and his answer was "We should Maximize Input". In short, we can valuate our "Output" in simple formula, like "Output = Knowledge * Action Rate * Understanding Rate" or "Output = wise based on Knowledge * different eyes".
anyway, the meanings of two formulas are the same in different expression.

Let me express above fomula in simple, "Ouput = n * Input".

I think, this is one of the truth in our life. If we want to maximize our output, maximizing our input is one of the best way. Input is everything, reading the books, meeting someone, going to museum, and experience on the job. Everything will be good for your inputs, but sometimes it made a loss to improve your profession. Below this, these are the GREAT memorandums, that I said first, in this article. If you read here from the top of this article, don't miss it.


Self check1: Don't allow me the circumstance "Input = 1" and "n = 1".
--> That should mean the "Borrowed Plumes" or secondhand information. If anyone gave us the secondhand information, we should get the master copy. If your teacher talked based on the authoritative book, we should read the master copy and shoul be told from the authoritative teacher who wrote that book. And I must point the risk, that if we do the Borrowed Plumes to someone who knows the master copy, it will be no meanings and very poor presentation or proposal. And the attitude seeking the borrowed plumes, makes us to get easy way and easy thought.

Self check2: Don't think I can do "n > 1" by myself.
--> It's not true that only adding some ideas or opinions on someones expression is not creating values. It doesn't mean the "n > 1". When we make output, there always should be a audience (ex. Us, Boss, Client, Consumer and so on), if we think only in our mind, that is not output, that's an idea. "n > 1" means the output is creating or adding value to them, so I should always update the information of audiences' wants. That is the start to make output.

Self chech3: What is "n"?? Think again.
--> "n" is made out of "Experience" (consist of "Express Skill", "Editorial Skill", "Reading Circumstances Skill"), "Understanding Level" or "Master Level", "Thinking"and "Speculating", "Absorption", "Passion". It's simple, and should be just argument. But here is the meaning to note down in our language I could make the shape of my ideas. These words will help us when I'm under difficult circumstance, to imporove myself. Anyway, to maximize our output, maximizing our input is the best and most performancable KPI. Then I will do everything that I could get better.

Yesterday, I joined a workshop. Then my friend whom I respect tolled me the YouTube page that Steve Jobs' Address of graduation ceremony at Stanford Univ. in 2005. He watches this site in every lunch time and learns English, skill of presentation, and the mothod of thinking. Immidiately I checked YouTube with "Steve Jobs", "Stanford", "2005". I got it. Actually this site is famous for business persons', I have to think myself poor tracking current information.

Anyway, this is good for me to improve my English, I try to write a discription of his Address. For writing the digest, I wathed this page for three times. In Japanese ver, of my blog, I watched this only once. Maybe you can get the difference of my articles between this one and previous one. ha-ha.

Steve Jobs tolled three stories and one message for graduates.

The first one is the advice of "Connecting Dots". He retierd college in only six month. But after retirement , he remained college to take really interesting classes. One of the "Typography" class that tought how to write and make character beautiful. Ten years later, he made first Mac that can write beautiful character with his experience that he had after his college retirement. Based on this story he tolled one idea "We can never see futures, but we can understand or find the meaning of backword". In this case, the learning of Beautiful characters, and Making Mac, they were Dots. He thinks and trusts the rule everything what we experience will be connected in our futures.

The second one is the opinion about "Love" and "Lose". As you know, he was fired Apples when he was thirty years old. At first he got deep disappointment about future, because he lost one of the most favorite work. But he never loose his passions about making something new and something interesting. By good fortune, he knows what he really love. Then he could make Next.inc, or Pixer.inc, and back to Apples. So the great message for graduate was "Find what you really like" and "Never stop seeking what you like".

The third one was the story about "Death". He experienced incurable cancer, but he had luck, he could get the surgery and now is O.K. Death is the final destination of our life, we never escape from Death, he could get from hard circumstances, so he can tell. "Don't waste your life", "Don't follow the noise of others' opinion", and "Follow your heart and intuitions, and trust yourselfs".

Finally he reffered one book "the Whole Earth Catalog", that was pubilished thirty years ago when there are no any useful compurters to make books. But the author had the great passion and using familiar ideas like "Google", had made the book with easy pictures and really written messages. The book, that was one of the Bible for old age like Steve Jobs, said this word at last cover with country load picturs "Stay hungry, stay foolish". This is the final message for the graduates. "Stay hungry, stay foolish".

In this article I want to show the outcomes of Self Analysis with Strength Finder. Strength Finder is a tool in the "Now, Discover your Strengths". =Strategic=
The Strategic theme enables you to sort through the clutter and find the best route. It is not a skill that can be taught. It is a distinct way of thinking, a special perspective on the world at large. This perspective allows you to see patterns where others simply see complexity. Mindful of these patterns, you play out alternative scenarios, always asking, ¡ÈWhat if this happened? Okay, well what if this happened?¡É This recurring question helps you see around the next corner. There you can evaluate accurately the potential obstacles. Guided by where you see each path leading, you start to make selections. You discard the paths that lead nowhere. You discard the paths that lead straight into resistance. You discard the paths that lead into a fog of confusion. You
cull and make selections until you arrive at the chosen path—your strategy. Armed with your strategy, you strike forward. This is your Strategic theme at work: ¡ÈWhat if?¡É Select. Strike.

=Relator=
